A隆垄 Usage: Adjust the humidity of the plastic injection molding machine up to 10 degree and even to 20degree, take right amount of the cleaner powder with mixed it in plastic materials(when convert plastic materials, mix the powder with the materials to be used),and then put the mixture into the specified bunker after mixed up. Lower the velocity of the motor, extrude the mixture into the die head, after laying eyes on the mixture, accelerate the velocity of motor to right extent, and then conduct injection molding every 2 minutes.
B隆垄 Dosage:
8 Ounce拢潞Plastic Injection Molding Machine : 80g隆陋100g cleaner powder per /2kg隆陋4kg plastic materials.
24 Ounce拢潞Plastic Injection Molding Machine: 150g隆陋200g cleaner powder per /4kg隆陋6kg plastic materials.
To prevent the cleaner powder from being dispersed, it is required to add a small amount of white petrolatum in advance.
Because of the color materials and ingredients of each kind of raw materials are total different, the dosages mentioned above should be under different demands.
Notes: In case of any power getting into eyes, please flush the amount of fresh water immediately. |
