钻井液用粉状解卡剂SR-301使用说明 SR-301粉状解卡剂是由沥青粉、多种表面活性剂及有机土组合而成，为黑灰色粉末，主要用于和柴油、水及重晶石等配成各种密度的解卡液。他对粘附卡钻具有良好的解卡效能。因本品含有高效渗透剂，用于解卡渗透性好，比重可调，凡不宜采用油溶解卡井或采用油溶、酸溶不能解卡的井，均可用本品浸泡解卡。由于它的比重可等于泥浆比重，注入后不窜槽，亦不受浸泡时间的限制，所以解卡机率高。最适于下属卡钻井使用。 1、井下有高压油气水层的井，防喷效果好。 2、井下有坍塌地层的井，防塌效果好。 3、多次油溶无效的井或斜井，解卡效果好。 4、超深井、卡钻井段长的井，使用它比使用原油施工泵压低。本产品具有一定细度，常温下不结块，长期存放不失效，现场配置工艺简单，解卡效果良好，性能稳定，可以回收重复使用。现场使用方法： 1、现场配置所需设备：存放罐：根据所配解卡液的量而定。配置罐：10-15方池子一个，高度不超过一米，上面配备1-2个搅拌器。水泥车：3-4台。 2、配制方法：通过水泥车的混合漏斗将解卡剂粉末加入柴油中，控制加入速度，同时开动配置罐上的搅拌器，以防解卡剂沉到罐底，待固体加完后，通过水泥车混合漏斗加入水，然后充分循环直到性能符合要求为止。 性 能 指 标项 目 指 标外观 灰黑色粉末、不结块细度（20目筛余），%≤ 10 乳状液性能 破乳电压，V≥ 400 塑性粘度，mPa.s≥ 30 屈服值，Pa≥ 3.5 滤失量，mL≤ ≤1（全部是油） 硬沉淀 无解 卡 性 能 经解卡剂浸泡过的泥饼应该出现网状裂纹 四、 包装贮存：本产品采用三合一袋包装，内衬聚乙烯薄膜袋，每袋净重25千克；储存于阴凉、干燥、通风处。
