Jinpu Group · Nanjing Titanium Dioxide Chemical was established in 1957. It is a large-scale state-owned chemical enterprise mainly involved in the manufacture of chemical and light industry materials. The company is located in the southwest suburb of Nanjing, 6Km away from Yangtze River and neighboring Nanjing-Wuhu Road and Nanjing-Nanchang Railway line. It covers a total area of 144,000 m2, and owns a water plant capable of providing 50,000 tons of industrial water everyday, a 35KV/10KV double-circuit transformer station and a private railway line at its disposal. The location and the integrated facilities have indeed been advantages for the growth of the company.


Currently the company's main products are: rutile titanium dioxide, anatase titanium dioxide, mica titanium dioxide, ferrous sulfate, polyferric sulfate, ferric oxide black, ferrite grade ferric oxide, forage grade ferrous sulfate, stearic acid, oleic acid, glycerine, stearates, defoaming agent etc., in the brand name nannan®. Other products are ultra-fine jet mill and ball mill.


The company is the first manufacturer of high-grade rutile titanium dioxide and titanium dioxide for synthetic fiber in China. The annual output of titanium dioxide is 25,000 tons, claiming the second largest in 2002 in China. The company has up-to-date production technology and advanced quality control devices, such as X-ray diffraction spectrometer, particle size analyzer, whiteness analyzer, ICP etc. The anatase titanium dioxide (BA01-01) was awarded "Excellent Quality Product" by the State Ministry of Chemical Industry, the rutile titanium dioxide was awarded "Excellent Quality Product" by the authorities of Jiangsu Province, and the nannan® brand titanium dioxide have been awarded "Famous Brand Product of Nanjing" in the past three years consecutively. The products have been well received by the customers in industries like coatings, printing ink, plastic profiles or films, rubber, leather, paper, synthetic fibers, cosmetics etc.
