Jiangxi Spice Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company" or "we"), formerly Jinxi County Natural Spice Factory established in 1996, is located in industrial Park C of JinXi County, Jiangxi Province, China. The registered capital of the Company is RMB2,000,000 (paid-up capital: RMB5,400,000). The Company is engaged in manufacturing and sales of a variety of natural spice, including linalool, eucalyptus oil, eucalyptol, camphor powder, litsea cubeba berry oil, Citronella oil, white camphor oil, terpilenol, 伪-pinene, 尾-pinene, wintergreen oil, anethole, anise oil and other natural perfume; and synthesis Borneol .
We are the largest producer of natural linalool and camphor powder in China. In 2006, the Company obtained National Production Permit for Industrial Products, Production Safety Permit, Non-drug Precursor Chemical Production Permit and ISO 9001:2000 QS Certification, and was successfully granted Key Enterprise in Agriculture Industrialization of Fuzhou. The application for qualification of Key Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization of Jiangxi Province was filed in 2008. Also, we were awarded as "AAA Enterprise for Compliance with Contract and Keeping Good Faith" by Jiangxi Provincial Industrial and Commercial Bureau in 2008. At the county level, we are a high-profiling tax payer and best key enterprise in agricultural industrialization in the fiscal year of 2006, and one of the top 10 industrial enterprises, winner of tax contribution award and best key enterprise in agricultural industrialization for 2007.
The Company occupies an area of 59 Mu, with a total building area of 10,000 square meters, where we have 3 fractionation plants, 2 oil mixing plants, 1 plant for coarse camphor powder production, 2 freezing storehouses, 1 conservatory, 1 cineole production plant, 6 warehouses, 1 office building and staff dormitory and canteen etc. Since 2008, we set up camphor plantation base with planting area arriving at 20,000 Mu. We invested at the beginning of 2009 in Xinyuan Synthesis Flavor Factory to produce synthetic and natural borneol. As of May 2008, the total assets of the Company is over RMB30,000,000, of which the fixed assets are valued RMB8,000,000 mainly comprising of 16 fractionating towers, 9 centrifuges, 2 separators, 3 refrigeration units, 2 production lines of cineole (fill in the blank at provincial level), 2 production lines of refined camphor powder, a 1.5-ton steam boiler, 1 high temperature hot oil pump, plus testing instruments e.g. chromatogram analyzer, auto polarimeter and precision balance.
The Company has established offices in Guangxi and Hunan, and affiliated entity in Kunming named Kunming Dianrun Spice Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd. A stable purchase network is in place to ensure the supply and quality of base oil. Backed up with sound reputation from years of operation, we have anchored business relationship with both domestic and foreign clients. Our products are well sold domestically in Jiangsu, Guangdong, Fujian, Beijing, Zhejiang, Sichuan, Shanghai, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia etc. The Company has the right for export business, and our overseas markets are primarily in Taiwan, America, Germany, France, Hongkong and Japan.
