Yantai Dongyuan powder coatings processing equipment co., ltd. Is Professional in production, to vertical large scale production line, we have owned CE certified approval series product,including mixer, extruder, cooling belt. at the same time we are in possession of the grinding system that is in conformity with PSR11 explosion resistant standerd as well .Product research and development is our main focus in the long run. We have two patents of Grinder system, and two patents of cooling belt.


Simple introduction of the production:


1. Mixer: double speed technology, agent blade and crusher blade are on the same axes .
2. Extruder: technology of extruding in low temperture to do low temperature setting powder; material of screw and barrel is tool steel.
3. Cooling belt: high rate of heat exchange, the total length is 1/3锝?/2 lengh of the usual cooling belt.
4. Grinder: own PSR11 explosion resistant, holistic concatenate inspect and warning technology, easy to clean and change color.
