2013 Pouch Cells and Key Materials Conference
软包电池是指外壳为软包装材料（通常为铝塑复合膜）的锂电池。因为有部分软包电池的电解质为凝胶态聚合物，因此在工业应用上也被称之为聚合物锂电池。
受智能手机、平板电脑、超级本三大下游应用的驱动，软包电池市场增长强劲，年均保持30%以上的增长率。全球主要软包电池生产企业包括三星SDI，东莞ATL，日本索尼，LG和天津力神等。
与普通锂电池相比，软包电池的关键材料主要是铝塑复合膜。目前市场主要供应商为日本昭和（ALF），追随者为DNP，其他将要进入这一高利润市场的还包括几家日本、韩国和中国的企业。

2013 Pouch Cells and Key Materials Conference
Pouch cells use the soft materials for shell package (generally the Al-Plastic film). As parts of pouch cells use the gel polymer as the electrolytes, so, in industry, it also called as polymer Lithium Ion Battery (LIB).
Driven by three applications - smart phones, tablets and ultrabooks, the pouch cells market keeps strong increasing, with more than 30% annual growth rate. The global major players include Samsung SDI, ATL, Sony, LGC and Lishen etc.
Comparing with the conventional LIB, the key material for pouch cells is Al-Plastic film. Currently, the dominant market player is Showa Denko (ALF), and the follower is DNP, and also, other potential new players from Japan, S. Korea and China are intend to enter this high profit market.
