 化工资讯 “立夏”刚过,我国东北玉米春播在5月初一场罕见大雪后也如期展开。目前来看,东北大雪暂不足以影响今年东北玉米春播,理论上直至“芒种”以前,东北都可以继续播种玉米。
东北玉米春播如常进行
4月20日~21日,黑龙江、内蒙古、吉林多地突降暴雪。齐齐哈尔发布暴雪红色预警,为37年罕见。5月3日黑龙江哈尔滨上演暮雪纷飞,2日最高温度达到26℃,3日最低温度却降至接近零度。极端天气令业内对于今年东北春播前景难以乐观,更令人担忧玉米播种面积减少。
不过,据调查了解,吉林、黑龙江等地5月1日前后播种的玉米已经出芽,且降雪降温对于已经播下的种子影响有限,今年春播晚于去年,但出苗并没有明显延迟,只是黑龙江部分地块“返浆”对玉米播种仍有不利影响。
同时,从播种进度来看,由于今年雨水充足,土壤墒情较好,做水种植的农户较少,整体的播种进度偏快,但辽宁和吉林两省部分地区由于低温播种进度推迟了一周左右。从种植成本方面来看,今年农药、种子、化肥价格基本没有变化,但是地租成本上涨明显。其中,吉林榆树地区地租由去年每垧5000~7000元上涨至9000元;分析原因,这是由于去年雨水充足,玉米产量较高,加上玉米价格行情较好,农户种植积极性提高。
全国玉米播种进度过半
据农业农村部农情调度,截至5月3日,全国已春播粮食45.9%,进度同比快0.2个百分点。其中,春玉米已播55.9%,大豆已播15.2%。
天气方面,五一假期期间,东北地区大部气温回升,平均气温较常年同期偏高1~4℃,气温回升利于加快东北地区春玉米等旱地作物播种进度;五一假期过后,东北地区大部气温接近常年同期,大部时段以晴或多云天气为主,继续有利于春播;其中,5月7日~9日,黑龙江东南部、吉林大部、辽宁累计降水量10~25毫米,辽宁大部土壤缺墒将缓解,有利于春玉米播种出苗;仅黑龙江东南部、吉林东部部分农区土壤可能过湿,播种作业略有影响。
总的来看,今年东北春播进展较为理想,降温降雪天气不足以影响春播面积,但大豆面积是否会挤占玉米,黑龙江大豆面积是否有明显上升值得关注。毕竟在大豆玉米争地最为激烈的非玉米优势产区———黑龙江省已表示今年要落实玉米和大豆种植面积“双稳”的总体部署,以及农业农村部关于“适度增加玉米面积”和“增加粮食产量”的具体要求,在上年基础上,该省2020年大豆补贴标准基本保持稳定,玉米补贴标准适当提高,但在国产大豆价格先行一步情况下,目前大豆种植似乎更受青睐,甚至出现脱销、商品豆改种用的现象。此外,从国际市场来看,美国玉米面积能否达到9700万亩的高位水平,有待播种完成确认。
