 化工资讯 据印度当地媒体报道,印度太阳能公司(SECI)发出的2,000兆瓦电力招标中,反应热烈,目前认购规模已经超过5,000兆瓦。
SECI是印度新能源和可再生能源部通过其进行风能和太阳能拍卖的重要机构。
业内人士表示,对拍卖的反应是招标活动因Covid-19爆发而放慢了一段时间的结果。
“由于最近拍卖的放缓以及制造业招标中分配的巨大产能(12,000兆瓦),开发商急于建立自己的项目管道。如果这些条件持续下去,我们预计很快就会突破2.44卢比(每单位)的历史最低价,”可再生能源咨询公司Bridge To India的董事总经理Vinay Rustagi说。
尽管安装进度已大大减慢,但病毒大流行造成的太阳能行业中断预计不会持续超过四个月。5月仅增加了176兆瓦,4月几乎没有增加可再生能源的容量。预计这种趋势将在六月继续。
Rustagi也将开发商所表现出的浓厚兴趣归因于太阳能项目的诱人回报。他说:“由于重大的技术进步和设备价格的下降,太阳能项目的收益率一直在稳步提高。”
